Welcome back to your Rock Jam Pack bonus lick lessons!
In this video I’ll show you step-by-step how to play the second example lick in the Rock Jam Pack using the ‘shape 4’ A blues scale.
This is a handy scale shape to know because it starts to get you moving out of that ‘shape 1’ pattern (which we all know and love!) and covering more of the fingerboard when you play.
This can lead to more diverse, interesting and expressive solos!
In this short lesson you’ll learn:
Must know bends and bending techniques (to get you using this scale pattern like a boss!)
Classic blues rock moves you need to be using (for licks and runs that will make an impact!)
Powerful tips on how you can use this lick to generate hundreds of licks of your own
PLUS I’ll be introducing you to my Rock Jam Session backing track and soloing course to help you take your rock soloing to the next level!
So grab your guitar and let’s go…
